BUTT TOYS

There are more nerve endings in and around our asses than there are in and around our vaginas. Wow.

Simmer in that a minute.

So, anything that's done carefully, slowly, erotically, pleasurably, to our asses--can be transcendent and fantastic. Anal sex can be really amazing.

Conversely, anything that's done too fast, too hard, when we're not aroused enough or lubricated appropiately, can be quite painful. You can also damage the extra-delicate rectal tissues if you don't know what you're doing, or don't communicate properly to your partner.

When choosing anal toys, always look for smooth, flexible items with a base or ring that prevents the toy from slipping up into your rectum and getting lost. Get a good book or instructional video to help you out. Use lots of lube, go slowly, and if anything hurts, at all, stop.  (Never use numbing sprays or creams.)  Pain is an important warning from your body that something needs to be altered. Listen to your body.
