Leather is very sturdy and long-lasting if properly cared for. It's important to
keep it away from extreme temperatures and sunlight. Because leather is a porous
material, it can't be completely sanitized; therefore, it may not be the optimal
material for people concerned about viral transmission. To clean a leather harness,
use a washcloth dipped in hot soapy water to scrub all surfaces; then wipe off soap
residue with another damp cloth. AIR DRY completely before storing. Occasional moisturizing
with leather conditioner will be required. (For extra cleanliness, try wearing boxers
over the top of your harness, and poke the dildo out the fly.)
